Now if they were to offer free pizza, a couple of doobies and some beer to wash the pizza down I would be impressed .. lol But you have to admit it an excellent PR job, However I wonder how many they nailed, for expired safety inspection, license, summer tires. The fines should make up more than enough to cover the costs of the pizza's, plus have a little extra to finance the Cities Christmas parties
