I wish you to launch an investigation against two members of your Police Force. Their names are Andre Madore and Rejean Couturier.
On November 8th, 2016, I was approached, grabbed and assaulted by these two individual in Fredericton.
Andre Madore introduced himself and the Police Chief of the Edmundston Police Force < Which I knew was a lie > because no Police Chief would travel to another City to arrest someone on the street.
A shuffle arose and I could have took a stroke. The situation coud have turned VERY ugly VERY fast!!!!
I asked for a Uniform Police Officer but was denied.
Click below for video -
Once at the Police Station Andre Madore changed his title to Deputy Chief.

I also heard that a lawyer from the members of the Fredericton Police Force ordered my arrest.
I wish to know who gave the orders to assault me on the street???
Rejean Couturier grabbed me VERY hard and hurt my shoulder. This man was over my place 4 years ago. He has a hate for me and I want to know why???

I was told today by Andre Madore that he's going to push these false accusations against me.
Could you please tell me how much the Fredericton Police paid these so-called Police Officers on the two years they have work on this case against me???
I want the R.C.M.P. to investigate these two individuals.
Please let me know by the end of the week what your plans are with these two Police Officer's conduct who works in your force?
Grabbing an innocent Canadian on the streets SHOULD NOT be allowed.
I am copying this complaint to the Minister of Public Safety Denis Landry and the Premier Brian Gallant!!!
Please let me what is your response so I don't have to go to the R.C.M.P. myself. Maybe I will have to go to the Fredericton Police Force.

The police are bullying you Charles, nothing more, nothing less. Police corruption at it's finest...picking on the lowest man on the totem pole...twisted and sick individuals in my books.
ReplyDeleteI think the government needs to be investigated for the constant harassment of Mr. Leblanc and how much unnecessary money they have spent for this. It seems the taxpayers money could be better spent.
ReplyDeleteBullied at the taxpayers expense.
ReplyDeleteI emailed the guy today...this is what got me going.....this is an exchange of emails......

Good day Charles,
The file has not been submitted to the Crown yet. I’m still waiting for some reports from Fredericton PF. I am in Fredericton Thursday and hope to get the material I asked for (video from the booking area, notes from police officers who escorted you, etc…)
I will let you know when the file is submitted to the Crown.

ReplyDeleteCharles... Here is the website where you file complaints against the RCMP. I filed a complaint about seven years ago against a Constable Fabrice Gevadon ( One of the RCMP members who was gunned down) for police brutality. He was taking me to the hospital for depression and anxiety. He started using excessive force on me when I requested he and another officer that was present speak English to me. He placed me in handcuffs and twisted them so hard they left slash marks on my wrists. When in an emergency room at the hospital waiting for a Dr to see me. He slammed my head down onto the hospital floor which caused severe bruising on my head and around my eye. A few days later I was reading the paper and it mentioned a place where people could file complaints against tne RCMP. I called and someone took my complaint then was told there would be an investigation and that the investigation would be done by retired RCMP officers from NB, I lost faith in the process as I knew it would be biased. Kind of like having the Catholic Church doing their own investigations of perverted priests. I filed my complaint and emailed pictures of my bruised face. It dragged on for years and of course the end result was in Constable Gevadon's favor. They did admit some wrong doing on his part and said he would be given some classes on dealing with peoplewho have mental health issues. The investigations conducted by RCMP members are about as useless as the ones the language commie conducts but at least your complaint will be on file. Good luck to you Charles.

I can't imagine any other reason than FEAR for why your other posters here are all posting as "anonymous". We really need to get over our fear if we want to live free. As soon as people speak out under their real names, the system is finished because bravery generates yet more bravery, just as you are proving, Charles.
ReplyDeleteIn the 1980s, I fought the corrupt Irving puppet governments of Fredericton and the province of New Brunswick while simultaneously defending the students of UNB against a likewise Irving-controlled administration and patronage-appointee board of governors.
We students spent some thousands of dollars on our battle over five years, but bled the administration to the tune of some $2.7 million before we graduated and moved on to further studies. We drove out the then mayor, Elbridge Wilkins, and we terminated the presidency-for-life of UNB President James Downey (who was later run out again by the students at Waterloo). Students toppled pot-smoking coke-snorting Premier Tricky-Dick Hatfield... and we even forced Irving to move his abominable oil storage tanks that for decades blotted the waterfront of the North Side of Fredericton. But as students, we were all moving on with our lives, heading out of town and unable to fight more than a few years per generation. And in leaving, each of us became a part of the brain-drain that allows Irving to treat those who remain in New Brunswick as if they were barnyard animals...
Then you came along, Charles, and set the new gold standard for democratic resistance to the Irving family-owned plantation known as NB. What you have done has raised the heads of the local victims. You have proven to be the resistance that they cannot send on to further studies. So I want to thank you, on behalf of my student activist generation of the 1980s and on behalf of the 60s activists who supported our struggle in silence from their academic and government posts where silence was required to stay employed.
There is now a new generation of students in Fredericton who should come out massively in your defense, and another generation of pensioners and retirees who have won back their freedom of speech upon leaving their government-funded jobs. Activate them and you can bring the entire Irving rip-off scam down, so we can rebuild it all new... in the public interest!
Good luck Charles and more power to you and the downtrodden people of New Brunswick!

Good morning Mr. Leblanc, you have made a complaint to the New Brunswick police commission regarding the incident involving Deputy Chief Madore and Sgt Couturier, the police Commission has suspended the Police Act investigation effective November 23,2016 as there are ongoing criminal proceedings . If you feel that there is more to your complaint made previously at the police commission, you could report it to the Fredericton Police force.
Thanks

These are criminal assault charges. If you don't wish to do anything I will make a complaint to the Fredericton Police Force. I was told Andre Madore is traveling to Fredericton to collect evidence to lay charges against me.
ReplyDeleteThese two individuals assaulted me on the Street without properly identifying themselves to me.
This SHOULD NOT be allowed in Canada.
Thanks for your response.
