As a fellow New Brunswicker, I thoroughly enjoy your blog. After looking into things a bit, the New Brunswick police are being ridiculous again. In general, the criminal libel charge is rarely used, as it is frivolous. Their criminal libel charge against you a few years ago wae thrown out. Even recommendations were made (implying that it wae stupid and should not be repeated). Now, all of a sudden, they are charging you with criminal libel again for a harmless post on your blog a few years ago. Beyond ridiculous!! They should be spending their ressources catching robbers, rapists, murderers, etc. In Canada, there is freedom of the press, something they have obstructed. Anyways, I hope the matter can be quickly resolved without yourself getting a criminal record from it. Take care and I look forward to reading your blog (your youtube videos are awesome) again as I have.
Ridiculous it is pure Harassment
ReplyDeleteAll the good Charles has done exposing what has to be improved and good suggestions for the City at no cost with the exception harassment for 10 years now.
The City should reward Charles with $$$ instead of spending $650,000.00 to harass Charles a hero for the people of NB.
Just shows the incompetence of those in charge.
