I don't know what's going on but they told me the hearing will last one hour and the judge will give the OK if the Fredericton Police can continue to falsely accuse the innocent citizens to be Pedophiles.
I don't believe this will last one hour. I believe it could last a couple of weeks because I must be allow to question all these Cops right?

You COULD win the lottery charles, but you are suing them for the wrong reason. They charged you with criminal libel, which they knew was unconstitutional (or should have). The purpose of a lawsuit is to sue for damages. But they didn't 'damage' you because nobody else saw the child exploitation form but a judge. YOU then went out and broadcast it all over town, so YOU did the damage. However, based just on Bernard whatsisnames report there is a case for harassment. You took the video of the police beating, then you get called over and ticketed in a bizarre case which even Bernard couldn't understand. Then you get charged with criminal libel using a false charge, when every CP in the country knows that a criminal libel charge won't stick.

Ironic that you mention wasting tax money… how much money did you waste with the Bernard Richard review? It's really great that you refused to talk to him even though you asked for the investigation.
