The general manager of Downtown Fredericton Inc. Bruce McCormack collecting all the Welfare Bums for the Harvest&Jazz Festival but drunken so-called Poet Andrew Spencer is left alone!!!! WHY????

Maybe Because the Fredericton police understand just how much this guy get's under your skin , Their for leave him be. Andrew has as much right downtown as you do just because you have a issue doesn't mean everyone else does . GET OVER IT .
