Can you show us where is the police brutality ? I see 2 police officers who ID themselves as police officers. I see a person being told they are under arrest. I see the guy who is told he is under arrest running-walking away from the police. I see a guy resisting arrest in a physical manner. The cops did not do a good job as it was me, Charles Leblanc would have been taken down to the ground in a controlled manner, the minute he resisted, handcuffed and secured in a police cruiser, then charged with resisting arrest. Bottom line. Be knowledgable in the field of law before making stupid comments.
