Anyone in this City who gets a ticket needs to check the law - or get help to check it (which won't come from legal aid...) Tickets are prosecuted under the NB Provincial Offences Procedures Act and Regulations. Check the by-law on the City website and make sure the proceedings are done properly. It's hard to do, but this City is lying to its people, through its police, by-law enforcement officers and lawyers. Charles' ticket was so wrong in every way and I can guarantee almost by-law every ticket out there is just as f**ked up. This City is run by criminals...
