This story about COMMISAIRE vs COMMISSIONAIRE gets more bizarre every day. Surprised to hear it was the CEO of the COMMISSIONAIRES who upgraded the bilingual requirement at the CENTENNIAL bldg. The bldg. is almost empty but it was OK for Mr Grant to work there for 12 yrs when the bldg. was fully occupied. He must have done something right.
