To 18:18 - this is for Charles' civil action and you clearly didn't read the documents. The City was required to provide him with everything relating to his action two years ago. They have been concealing evidence.
i apologize. it's so hard to keep all his legal actions straight. still. you're proving my point. he finally gets the documents he requested and only has complaints. despite what you may think Charles LeBlanc isn't all that special.
