How much more can the Public take from the Fredericton Police Force???? WHY ARE THE COPS KEEPING FILES OPEN ON THE CITIZENS????
This so-called Police Force refuse to be good Community people. They ARE NOT good members of the Community!!!
These idiots go after the less fortunate < especially against people with mental disabilities > Their job is to make certain they put a criminal file on these citizens.
I heard a story yesterday of a citizen who wanted to clear an old criminal file. After he contacted Ottawa, he was told the Fredericton Police Force should have close that file years ago!!!
Ottawa wanted to know why the Fredericton Police Force are keeping these files open??? < Especially the Natives and the less fortunate >
I contacted someone from the media to investigate this issue but I guess I will have to do it on my own!
So? Why are these files open???? Can someone answer me???? Are these criminal files suppose to close after a while???

I was told that one of the reasons police files are kept open is to prevent the public getting hold of any of the documentation, particularly where the police screw up or want to protect the wrongdoer. One case, of a young Fredericton wife and mother (by the name of Kucerovsky), who died suspiciously of mercury poisoning in 2008, was allegedly kept open because the evidence led to her husband, who the police were protecting. There was an arrest some years ago and then nothing. The arrested male was released and 7 years after her murder the case seems to remain open and unsolved. You cannot just buy mercury to poison someone with - there was obviously a trail and the Fredericton City Police chose to make the excuse that it was a very complex case, which is total BS. They know who did it but, because the case has never been closed, the family of the victim will no be able to get hold of documents like the autopsy report.

One thing that there afraid is that charles is slowly exposing them and they need to shut him up and the only way they can shut him up is to put him in jail.
