Instead of working on jobs, they have busied themselves attacking democracy for their own purposes. In one day, this government appointed a committee, less than a day later had their liberal members ram through 31 changes to our democratic rules and in less than an hour, with no examination, discussion or proposal for alternatives, these changes were pushed along, and of course all done on a Friday afternoon in an attempt to avoid media scrutiny, which is becoming a pattern for this government. Mr. Speaker, a fellow can earn the paycheque of a Premier by simply getting enough votes. Earning the respect of New Brunswickers, that takes something more. It sounds like Brian Gallant and his crew learned a few things from the PC's - especially pushing through "omnibus bills" on a Friday afternoon. The PCs are real whiners - after the damage they did I think they are all bitching because they know they wreaked havoc in this province during their tenure.
