I have been approached by many people who loved my pictures and can't believe the City of Fredericton ordered my Blog shut down!!
Council supported the lies from the City Manager and trust me...this is not done yet....
I am coming back after the Provincial Election and if you think that I was bad in the old blog???
Look out!!!
I post my pictures on my Facebook...no way I will help promote this Fascist City!!!
Fredericton should be ignore by the World...very racist City to live in!!!
I can't believe Mayor Brad Woodside is the President of Canadian Municipalities.
He should step down as soon as possible...

Here are the facts (since you're unwilling to share them):
ReplyDelete1) The city administrator didn't order the blog shut down. Google opted to remove the blog.
2) The city administrator didn't lie. He filed a complaint, pointing out specific content he felt violated Blogger's terms of service. Someone at Google reviewed the content following the complaint. The content is what spoke for the administrator and for you.
3) You're misusing the term "racist."
4) You keep stating you're focusing on the election right now and will only return to the municipal issue once it's over. I see no evidence of any such break on your blog. You write about this latest beef every day. Exhibit #1: The above post.
I had MANY people who approached me on the streets wondering where are my pictures? This is why I decided to post a blog and yes ...after this election..I will be coming back..more angry...Racism and Fascism must be confronted and destroyed!!!!

You seem to be Brad or Chris, since you are doing exactly what they have been doing and ignoring the criminal fraud, breach of trust, acts of bad faith and violations of the NB Police Act and its Code of Professional Conduct by various members of the Fredericton City Police, City of Fredericton and NB Police Commission, all of whom conspired to submit criminally fraudulent, misleading and untrue statements to Charles' ISP and have NEVER dealt with why our police farce, municipal council, Dept. of Public Safety and NB Police Commission have never properly dealt with these criminal frauds against Charles.
ReplyDeleteNot only are they criminal frauds, they are Charter violations and discrimination under the NB and Federal Human Rights Acts, because the City, GNB and Police Farce have discriminated against Charles, who is a vulnerable member of society.

... and I forgot to re-iterate to the idiot poster at 11:31 - with the help of the City of Fredericton, Google has stolen Charles' intellectual property, instead of just removing the very few "offensive" posts, as they do with other allegedly offensive blog sites. However many times you write your garbage does not make it true.
ReplyDeleteGoogle is a hosting site. Its hardly their fault if Charles hasn't the brains to back up his site, particularly since its the second time it happened and given his comments ANYBODY knew it was probably coming.
ReplyDeleteWhile the city is pretty soft on police, its not really true that 'all' police criminally conspired. What we know is that three officers were involved in signing off on the ISP request, but thats far from 'all' the police. They claim they submitted the wrong form, which I agree is garbage, but that doesn't make it 'criminal'.
Whether you like it or not, the anonymous post at the top is factually correct. Its true that its pretty pathetic that a city administrator is more concerned about what a single blogger is saying about the police force than what the police force is actually doing, but those are two separate issues.
