Reflecting the year of Minister of Justice, Public Safety and Deputy Premier Stephen Horsman!!!!
I'm disappointed with the Minister reaction to the less fortunate and our Justice System,
He seem to support the Cops style on handling people with mental issues.
This could turn ugly VERY fast.
Could be a long three years for the Minister???
Lets take a step backward and watch.....

I find it VERY alarming the Fredericton Police must put in a missing alarm for Scotty!!!
Racist Fredericton Police Members beat up Panhandler at Cormer of Woodstock Road and Smythe Street in Fredericton Sunday morning!!
MY GOD????? Plain Clothes Cops showed up to the panhandler this morning and I guess he didn't know who they were and put his arms up.
Mistake!!! The Cops gave him a HUGE beating!!!
Of course, the media will not cover this issue!
It's bad enough we have Cops accusing the less fortunate to be pedophiles but now this????
Someone is going to get killed!!
Fredericton Police ONCE AGAIN proves they are Racist by telling the public that Kyle McCoy was a Prolific Offender!!
Now...this guy is no Saint...sure he has a bad temper and if provoked? He will fight back!
I see myself in this guy when I was younger but I didn't hang around with people doing the drug scene. Smoking dope but that was it!!
Now..this guy McCoy have been on the run for 8 months because of a scene on all places Murray Ave. < Bad part of town >
One morning, I heard on the CBC News that Prolific Offender was caught in St.Mary's First Nation!!!!
It sounded like America's Most wanted!!!!
It was Kyle McCoy!!!..Sadly I was in conversation with him via Facebook and wanted to do a interview before he was caught. You know...his side of the story...
The reserve is not that big for a guy to hide for 8 long months is it?
Was this a message from the Police to the Public that Kyle McCoy is a VERY dangerous offender and if he gets 10 years in jail? The Public will say - My God? He got lucky!!!!
Let the court tell the public he's a Prolific Offender and not the Cops!!!
Eight months on the run and no capture??? What does that say about our local Police Force????
Kyle McCoy need help in a mental ward and not in a Prison cell!!
There are many Kyle McCoy around and the System just throws them in jail without medical attention!!!!

Fredericton Police Force is showing they support Violence against Women!!!!
A VERY intelligent woman approached me with this question today?
Charles? This so-called Assault charge? Is it with the Poet??
I told her it was indeed the case.
She told me that she was afraid of him and he disrupted their take back the night protest!!
She was surprised when I showed her the video -
She was disgusted that the Fredericton Police would support a nutcase who support Violence against Women!!

The Fredericton Rat Patrol are gone!!!!!
To be honest with you...I have never seen a Cop or the Rat Patrol give one single ticket to anyone this summer.
That's a good thing.
They would tell the people driving me to wear a helmet.
Myself...I was VERY angry during the first day the Rat Patrol came into action. I heard on the Police Scanner - Have you given any tickets yet????
This told me these kids believe giving out tickets to the less fortunate was a joke!!
In closing, the Rat Patrol kept a VERY low profile from my point of vie and that's a good thing.
Beside one evening I borrowed a old citizen bicycle who was sitting on a bench...the minute I sat on the bicycle, the Rat Patrol came from nowhere and shouted - HELMET!! HELMET!! HELMET!!!!
Once the female recognized me? She said - That's Charles..Lets move on!!
I decided to hunt them down on the Bridge!!
Everyone is riding a bicycle without a helmet this summer...

IT WAS A YEAR AGO TODAY THE CITY OF FREDERICTON AND BRAD WOODSIDE ORDERED MY BLOG SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!!
I'm not going to go on a long winded story on this issue but I will say one thing..
The City of Fredericton never made no attempt to talk to me to resolve this issue but that's ok.
There's a election in May and this Blogger will go on the attack publicly denouncing these people for denouncing free speech!!!
You know what? Everything could be solve in a few hours but we're dealing with people who TRULY believe they are above other people in this City.

I was told this last night....It's right down the street from my place....I said - BIG DEAL!!!!....But it's funny to watch security in action to so-called protecting this idiot.....I might just go and video the action...stay tuned....

It was Six Years ago tonight three youths were killed in Downtown Fredericton!!!
Sorry...I would have left the whole story but Fredericton Mayor Brad Woodside ordered my blog shut down last year!!

>I found it very fitting tonight's sunset sure showed the mood of many citizens in Fredericton after the last youth was buried today. They were killed near the light house in the picture.
I will admit, this issue wasn't an easy one to blog.
Not since I covered the Coroner's Inquest in Bathurst have I witness so much emotion.
I took it a little hard when the father of one of the youths killed showed up at the scene where his son got killed.

I quickly found out that Fredericton is indeed a small town because many of my friends knew some of the individuals who got killed.
They either knew a friend of a friend or members of the families.
Yes, lots of emotions.
The Capital haven't witnessed something like this for a long time.
I hope we don't see it again.
What was strange that it happened in the Downtown Core.
I quickly found out that rumors or stories can really take off!!!
Especially on the information Highway.
I even received some emails from people connected to the accident telling me the facts.
So? It's over!!!
Matt Swan,Joe Bourque and Jesse Schur are gone forever from this world but they will live in many people's minds forever.
I had many conversations with my Priest about death. Why do some die so young while others live a longer life?
His answer - It's not for us to understand now but we will truly understand later.
But I'm a believe so their loved ones will meet again....
My deepest sympathy goes out to the Families and I pray that you find the courage to move on with your lives.
In closing, I have to give credit to one individual.
The accident happened last Friday night.
CTV Journalist Andy Campbell was on the job at 6:00am.
Global News was nowhere to be seen and CBC had a few minutes of news at the hour.
The Irvings journalists had two days to work on their story.
KHJ Radio had the story early Saturday morning.
People wanted some answers and many ended up in this blog looking for info.
Andy Campbell worked very hard Saturday to tell the world what just happened in Fredericton.
..and he continued for the newscast on Sunday. It's such an emotional issue that many will not talk to the media. Andy had to extra hard to locate some friends of the guys who just got killed.
