Young mothers with kids and especially immigrant families have to wait in the cold rain or the Seniors.
I hate politicians who lies to the public...:(
I guess Stephen Chase like to be in the company of the idiot Mayor...:(
I just find it SO STRANGE that traffic lights would be more important than Humans....
