WHO PAID FOR CHICKY'S letters at the Fredericton Gay Pride Parade anyway???

Seriously....who paid for all the balloons and work that was put into to make the CHICKY Letters anyway??? Saint Mary's First Nation paid for this???? I can understand if it was the name - SAINT MARY'S FIRST NATION but CHICKY????? Lots of questions on this issue and why do it in the first place???
