What kind of justice system do we have in New Brunswick? Legal Aid does not want a paper trail so instead they phone Charles to tell him that they won't give him a lawyer. And then when Charles goes back to Legal Aid for a written letter to start the appeal process, they refuse to come out to speak with him.
