Goodness me 12:58, since when has exercising your lawful rights been a delay tactic? The application seems pretty sensible and reasonable, and obviously entitled by legislation. Should the innocent all just roll over, and plead guilty as the Crown and Legal Aid want them to? I guess you are a Crown Prosecutor...
