We should all be so fortunate, Charlie, as to have a Kevin Vickers as Sergeant-at-Arms. Selfless, job commited, loyal to Queen and Country, and, in no way interested, what-so-ever in being the hero or center of attention or displaying authority, but instead, putting country first, regardless of personal safety. These types do not come along very often, and, as inadaquit as it is, every damn one of us owes this man a lifetime debt of gratitude, simply for being where he was, as he was when he was. Under the exact same pressure and circumstances, I do wonder how his provincial counterpart here in New Brunswick would have reacted. God Bless Kevin Vickers and our two heroic soldiers, Nathan Cirillo and Patrice Vincent.
