As requested, I looked into our records regarding Carolyn Warnock. Though I am unable to disclose information regarding the deceased in this matter, I can tell you that we were notified of what occurred as per protocol with the Correctional Centre. Further, I can tell you that there was an investigation which was handled by the New Brunswick Coroner's Office. I am unaware of the Coroner's Office procedure in requesting information on their investigations, however I will provide you with the phone number for their office; 506-444-4814.
