While walking on the C.I. Road in Miramichi...you should see the mess in the ditch....I mean REALLY bad.....don't the City Workers ever clean the ditch???....Thank God MLA Michelle Conroy and her crew offers to clean eh???.....Can you imagine Kevin Vickers in a Ditch cleaning garbage????...:P..:P..:P
