James Oickle was arrested and release a few hours later....
Many people were relieve that he might be in Jail for the Summer months but this is not the case.
Heard tonight he had a confrontation with someone and I seen him walking around with a large Walking Stick.
It's just a matter of time till he gets badly injured or he seriously injures someone else.
The streets will not be safe this summer with this Lunatic allowed to go after people.
Under section 10 of the Mental Health Act people are allow to scream on the street and nothing can be done....hmmmm...why was I arrested with the Blowhorn episode???...FOCUS CHARLES FOCUS!!!!
Screaming on the street is OK I guess but when you harass and go after the citizens is a totally different ballgame.
P.S. He shouted at me AGAIN tonight...I need to let him take that first swing....then charge him with assault after he MIGHT get the beating of his life.....I believe we still have the right to defend ourselves here in Canada.....Truly stay tuned........
