Charles has pointed out a problem in our city and people say he's the bad guy for pointing it out, this guy is someones son sure but he is clearly a menace downtown and has repeatedly scared women walking to their cars. when he finally hurts someone. will you all still think Charles is the bad guy. the police were call on this guy over and over, they do nothing about him yet you all say call the poliice. it isnt the responsibility of Charles to help this guy if he clearly doesnt want help. Charles posts things that i sometimes dont agree with but he is only showing an issue in this city
I ran into this guy on the walking bridge recently. He gave me a weird look and moved on.
