Being a Paramedic for over 30 years.. It's frustrating when you pick up the same patient for the same thing 3 times a week... I wasen't there so I can only say call the head office in Moncton and make a formal complaint. Never the less all people should be treated with dignity and respect. And it sounds like this Medic was having a bad day.. This dosent justify the way he treated this person.
