  1. If any so-called religious sect don't like the way we live, then it is up to us as Canadians, in a land of freedom of religion to tell them to go f--- themselves. We have every right to have crosses on our churches, the Lords Prayer, national anthem, God Save the Queen or Stompin' Tom's Hockey Song in our schools. That is our right, that is our privlidge. And if anybody don't like it, THERE'S THE DOOR, DON'T LET THE DAMN THING HIT YOU ON THE WAY OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! WELCOME TO CANADA, FOLKS, WE KISS NOBODY'S ASS. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. This guy is the epitome of those who gets all negatively emotionally charged on information that has not been empirically verified. His sources if any may be from Ezra Levant who's style of reporting consists of either half truths or through the manipulation of context. However, Levant is not the only one that uses these techniques. There are literally thousands of websites and videos across the internet that do the same thing feed on people's fears, disseminate false information by any means to accomplish that mean.

The story of removing the cross from the church dates back to around 2005 when Gerd Eva Cecilia Brunne bishop of Sweden first proposed that Christian symbols be removed from the Seamen's Church located in Stockholm Harbour. Her rationale was that the church was to be a place of worship for all sailors from schools of religious belief. While the Seamen's Church is in Stockholm it is not part of the Stockholm Diocese. The Seamen's Church is an independent foundation not connected with the Church of Sweden.

The head of the Seamen's Church, Kicki Wetterberg rejected her proposal to remove any Christian motifs including the cross from the church. So the removal of the cross never happened.

The other thing the individual show his lack of knowledge is M-103. M-103 is not a bill, it is a non-binding motion that condemns Islamophobia and all forms of systemic racism and religious discrimination. All it is an opinion of the house of common, nothing more nothing less. Since it is not law, it is inert so being inert it cannot affect our freedom of expression.

The motion says two things, the first it condemns Islamophobia, and secondly, it condemns all forms or systemic racism and religious discrimination regardless of religious affiliation.

  3. Thats pretty bad journalism Charles. Asking inflammotory questions so that people who don't know any better will think there is something to it. There is no way, shape or form that muslims can order crosses removed from churches, nor have they ever asked.

Thats CRAZY. So all you are doing is feeding into the hate of racist people, which we hardly need right now.
