Bert Francis Sacobie funeral will be Thursday!!!!



The passing of Bert Francis Sacobie of St. Mary’s First Nation occurred on Sunday, June 16th, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. A son of the late Frank and Bertha (Nash) Sacobie, he was 68.

A member of St. Mary’s First Nation and Catholic by faith, Bert was a jack of all trades throughout his life.

Survived by one brother Ray Sacobie (Glenna) of St. Mary’s NB, one son Bert Sacobie Jr (Carrie) of Kingsclear, NB, one daughter Lucy Sacobie of Kingsclear, NB, one grandson Dylan Sacobie (Tamara Morgan), several nieces and nephews including a special niece Raylene.

Besides his parents, Bert was predeceased by his first wife Darlene Sacobie, two brothers Warren and Mike, two sisters Glenna and Molly as well as one special nephew Kenny “Munster”.

Resting at 408 Kingsclear Ave, Kingsclear First Nation on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday all day. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 at 11 AM from St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church with Father Martin Arputham officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Bert Sacobie died this afternoon.....this is so sad....Maybe now he will find the peace he was looking for.....:(



He was beat up by the guy on the left...same person who attack me from behind in King's Place in March....

He’s the guy who gave me a life for a few years and approached me that I had ADHD!!!!!

Darn shame that I never had him as a Father figure as a child…:(

Then again…Fredericton would have never met moi!!….:P

Also Father Emery Brien is a guy who always try to direct me towards the right path…:)
