Someone jumped the Westmorland Bridge last night.....

Idiot Fredericton Mayor Mike O'Brien breaking the law????
this is what the City's own by-law says about Speical Council Meetings - "The City Clerk shall cause such notices to be provided to the Council at least one day before the meeting". Councillor John MacDermid told me that they learnied of the meeting at the same time as the public, that is, 23 hours notice and the notice was sent outside business hours of the City Clerk's Office.
