Fredericton Police Officer Fred l'oiseau gets a complaint of assault by the Blogger yesterday at the Police Station!!!!

On November 8th, 2016. I was attacked on the streets by two plain clothes members of the Edmundston Police Force. This act have REALLY disturbed me and I have been edgy ever since. I never leave without my video camera near by.

On the video one of the Police Officers Andre Madore mentioned that Fredericton Police Officer Frederick L'Oiseau had ordered my arrest and attack on the street of Fredericton.
I found it difficult to believe members of the Fredericton Police Force would bring up issues that happened 5 years ago and was suppose to be all final with the Bernard Richard Report.
Andre Madore told the media afterwards that their case would be in the hands of the Prosecutor in a couple of weeks.
At the end, it took 3 months to finish their case.
This tells me that a lot of communication had been going on between the members of the Fredericton Police Force and the Edmundston Police Force. I guess the members of the Fredericton Police Force are keen to bring up issues that happened 5 years ago all over again.
On June 23th, 2011, I was asked by Fredrick L'Oiseau < Police Officer from the Fredericton Police Force > to cross the street in front of King's Place.
Those were the days that I was acknowledge as media by the Fredericton Police Force.
Once there, I was told by Frederick L'Oiseau that I would get a ticket for riding a bicycle on the sidewalk and without a helmet.

I might add that I was VERY upset that a Cop would go out of his way to come after me especially at 1:42 on this video, a guy rides a bicycle on the sidewalk without a helmet and no Police Officers went after him.
All this happened just weeks after Stephen Stafford was acquitted from injuring a soldier in front of the former i-rock club on July 17, 2009.

I have two videos as evidence of the manner Frederick L'Oiseau approached me.
Part two of the video, He came with a ticket and cover my camera while touching my private part.
At 9 seconds of the video, you can hear me going to asked why he touched my private part? He quickly change the subject.
As a person who suffers from a mental illness, I was VERY disturb of the manner in which Frederick L'Oiseau touch my private part.
I want a outside Police Force to investigate my complaint on this issue.
The citizens of this City must be protected from the likes of officers as Frederick L'Oiseau.
I wish to have this issue and possible sexual assault investigated as soon as possible.
