Fredericton Police could have killed a citizen last night!!!

It began when I noticed Cruisers coming from Lincoln...they were FLYING!!!! All this because of a exercise < I think >...Why so many cruisers??? A child will get killed by these cruisers one day because there is NO COMMUNICATION between the cops and the public...no scanner and no twitter..no thing!!!
