I asked off record what was going on? 95% of the time..they tell me and I'm on my way out of the area...this time I believe I should tell the public what the arrest was all about...the guy was arrested because he was accuse of stealing a bicycle....just happen that me, the owner of Radical Edge and a couple of guys were debating that issue this afternoon...Many people DON'T register their bicycle and they should...there's a free website to register and it makes anyone job much more easier....lock your bike because it's getting MUCH worst out there...:(...:(..:(
