Yesterday my Grand Daughter who is 100 pounds soaking wet was physically thrown out of her apartment by her 180pound boy friend.
He picked her up and threw her across the hall into the wall. The cops made her leave and did not arrest him, they must have been afraid he would mess their hair.
So then tonight my husband picked her up at a friends house, the cops saw him stop there, turned their lights on him for no reason, came over to the car and first told him to put out his cigarette, ( Not that he should be smoking) however it is his car, then they asked if he did, bought or sold drugs?
He told them they were free to do a drug test and get a warrant to search his car but then he would see them in court.
He was on his way to work and the man never so much as smoked a joint in his life.
He called the station and filed a harassment complaint but we both know that will not be addressed unless the wheel squeaks, There are enough real drug dealers , users and buyers they could be using their resources to bust then and arrest a man who is assaulting a woman half his size instead of harnessing innocent citizens.

Re: Complaint against Special Prosecutors Cory Roberts, Kathryn Gregory and Sebastien Michaud
I wish to submit complaints regarding the above Crown Prosecutors as follows:
1. Sebastien Michaud has failed to appear at all three of my hearings so far - that is unacceptable. He is preventing me from getting answers to serious issues and avoiding answering to the fact he is prosecuting a charge with no evidence to support it.
2. Cory Roberts, Special Prosecutor, lied to the Court at my hearing on 16th February, 2015, when he said I was provided all disclosure. There are many documents mentioned in the Police/Crown case that have been concealed.
3. Kathryn Gregory (who was known as Kathryn El-Khoury) appeared at my hearing on Monday in a direct conflict of interests. She and her father both worked with the presiding Judge Julian Dickson's wife, in their law firm Athey, Gregory Dickson. They are clearly in a close relationship, that leads a reasonable person to believe they are friends, and gives the appearance that justice cannot be seen to be done if she represents the Crown against me and Dickson is the judge.
4. Ms. Gregory lied on the Court record twice at the last hearing of my prosecution, Monday 2nd March, 2015, when she falsely stated I had all the disclosure and I was using delay tactics. The first hearing confirmed I was entitled to more disclosure - which I have not yet received - and the second hearing was during a snow storm when even the judge did not turn up, but I did.
I require an investigation into this and an explanation from you for Crown Prosecutors lying in my hearings.

11- Iv been wanting to sharing this story for 2 weeks . My oldest son who is almost 14 is autistic. He once had a fear of ambulances, fire trucks and police . He has been doing well and almost had fear overcome ....... anyways I awoke at 6am and got my son up. He turned on his computer and went on YouTube. All of a sudden I heard sirens and a familiar voice. He was watching one of Charles videos. I said do you love Charles videos, he said yes. There is also another aspect to it the employer who have work but no one will work for him/her. When that happens, it is usually justified. I have an associate, who thirty years ago told me the secret of his business is to find people who are in a state of desperation because they will work for peanuts and you don't have to provide anything to them, in terms of safety, and optimised working conditions relative to the job. According to him/her, you can work the hell out of these people, and when they burn out you just replace them with another desperate.
Back to Charles, Charl does have his own unique style of blogging, I have often said his style of blogging is reminiscent of the Jerry Springer show. Charles has produced both, shit work, and excellent work.
From my observations, Charles has gained both the recognition and respect from another journalist.
Charles has a big advantage over mainstream media, he doesn't have the to depend on advertising revenue. That allows him to be aggressive in his questioning that the other journalist doesn't have the luxury, for that journalist, that aggression would mean the loss of revenue.
Back in the seventies, there was a rag called the Plain Dealer a local weekly that was similar to what Charles does. The weekly would cover stories that at times was not complementary to some business and government departments. However, the weekly had an extremely high circulation rate in the City. Because the Plain Dealer was so critical it lost it's advertisement revenue which led to its demise.
The Plain Dealer had its own printing press, For those young, enough they were located where the old Capital theatre was located across from the bank of Montreal adjacent to kings place. The dealer had 5 some reporters and writers, several press operators.
Because of they critical of the power elites in Fredericton they lost their revenue. With Charles, they can not do that.
The only way shut Charles down (at least Temporarily) is to find him guilty of some offence and sentence him for a couple of months.
Why is so much money, human resources and so on that is being spent on Charles? The bottom line it's to shut him up.
Keep up the good work Charles, get the information out there and let each individual decide on the quality of the content.
If he can survive the forces that have unlimited human and financial resources to us against him they will go away.

20- Actually what they are doing to Charles is anything new. When you challenge authority, authority will do everything in its power to be perceived as the authority. It doesn't matter if its a police, a church, a Boss.
For now, in theWestern World. we see ourselves as a little more civilised than some other countries where someone like Charles would mysteriously disappear. Here how it is normally handled is that the person is denied employment or dismissed from their job which is a very powerful control mechanism to guarantee conformity to the elites objectives.
Since Charles is not employed they cannot control him. Unless he leaves the province or is away for an extended time would he loose his monthly check and subsidised housing.
This is speculation, but I think the reason why they are attempting to pursue the criminal avenue with section 300 is that to get a conviction they don't have to show any damage to their reputation, whereas in a civil case they would have to show that as a consequence his commentaries, they lost their job, or lost opportunities from what he published. In civil court, the amount of dollars and cents is determined from the damages that the plaintiff suffered. The other motive is that if they are successful at getting a conviction the judge may render a lengthy sentence which would mean Charles would lose his housing and income.
For a guy on "Welfare", he has access to people in high places. I don't think that there is a politician in New Brunswick who doesn't know Charles on a first name base. Old Leblanc must be doing something right ...

22- the thing is they are trying to get him put in jail on a trumped up charge and a sentence of 5 years as opposed to 2 years under the code of 301.
23- Well they tried with 301, but 301 was struck down by the appeals court in several provinces. The appeals court found that 301 was in contravention of the charter of rights. outside of the sentencing, the difference between 301 and 300 is. under 301 one you could say something that was true about a person yet you could still be liable under that section.
The courts ruled that 301 contravened the freedom of speech because it prevents one from making comments, about anyone, politicians, corporate heads and so on even if the comments are factual so it is for this reason that the upper courts struck down 301.
While I can understand why those officers who were called pedos, would be pissed off, but no one took the pedo comments seriously, so therefore no harm was made to the officer's reputation.
anecdotally I was told that one officer told one of the officers to whom the pedo comment directed to, "to basically suck it up" and going on with business rather than dwell on it.
24- Further more, defamatory libel is a civil suit, is my understanding, which the officers who feel they have been defamed should have to retain a lawyer. So my question is, why is the whole darn police station after him?
Or is this how police work, and are they unionized, could be another reason?
25- Your correct defamatory libel is a tort as well. It is quite common that a criminal offence can also be a civil action. Eig, One is all liquored up, drives a vehicle, kills someone. The criminal charges, impaired driving and culpable homicide. The person's family can know take a civil lawsuit against the defendant for the death of their loved one. Civil laws suites, monetary awards is issued for the specific damage, general damage and punitive damage.
The problem for the officers with a civil action is that they can't show that Charles comments cause any damage, however, if they were fired for his comments then they would have a claim for damages. The best that they could sue Charles would be for punitory reason, which in a likely hood the court would award nominal damages. So the cost of litigation for either the individual officers or the Union would be grossly disproportional the award. Civil suits are all about the money.
The challenge for Charles with section 300, is the black and white definition of defamatory libel section 298 and 299 of the criminal code.
When the crown considers to pursue on a criminal action on the offence there are several considerations that they have to take in, the offence, the facts and is for the public interests to pursue the action. In Charles case, I can't see how the crown would conclude that it would serve public interests to go forward. So fingers crossed that the crown decides not to proceed.
Lawyers love Charles, that how they a afford the lifestyle that lawyers enjoy if it wasn't for people like Charles they be on social assistance .. lol

UPDATE...I was told yesterday the Edmundston Police are going to giving their report to the New Brunswick Prosecutor on February 17th. This is section 300 of the criminal that includes 5 years in Jail.

On November 8th at around 1:00pm, I was standing at the corner of Brunswick and St.John Street. As a Blogger, I confront MLA'S heading towards the New Brunswick Legislature for stories.
I noticed two men heading towards me in Black Suits. These strangers separated once they came 10 to 15 feet from me.
One guy quickly stood behind me and the other quickly showed me a badge saying - Monsieur LeBlanc I am the Police Chief of the Edmundston Police Force. Can you come with us for a drive at the Police Station. < in French >
I quickly went for my camera because I didn't know these two individuals and I don't believe that the Chief of Police from the Edmundston Police Force would travel all the way to the Capital to speak with me.
I said - What is he doing? Why is he behind me? I told Edmundston Police officer Andre Madore.
Andre Madore identified as the police Chief asked if i wanted to go at the Station?
I said no. Edmundston Police officer Sgt Rejean Couturier said - I am the Police in charge from Edmundston.
I said - Why are you behind me?
They repeated they were Cops from Edmundston.
I asked - If they were speaking Quebecois?
Andre Madore said - Yes but Rejean Couturier said he spoke - Le Brayon.
I asked them because I had a difficult time to understand their French because I speak Le chiac and I'm from Memramcook.
They told me they wanted to speak with me about the issue of "defamatory Libel"
I said - Lets speak English.
They switched to English.
I had to tell them again to not get too close. I added that I had the camera on and pointed to the other cameras in the area.
They said - That's good.
I asked Andre Madore the reason they did not come to my house?
He did not answer.

Don't grab etc etc...while running in the middle of busy King Street with two strangers chasing me.

I repeated my objections of being grabbed. I began to yell for the R.C.M.P.!!

Then I yelled repeatedly - GET THE POLICE to the dozens of bystanders.

I said- No! You are not taking my anywhere.
I repeated my previous objections and asked again for the Cops while they continued to grab me. I shouted You could be Mafia for all I know.
I said - You hurt my shoulder!!!
They said - Well yes...you did that yourself. They both shouted - STOP RESISTING!!!
I repeated myself in shouting - STAY AWAY!!! I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU PEOPLE ARE!!!
I repeated for the need of an Ambulance. They said - You are coming with us!!!
I said - No!
They said - YOU ARE UNDER ARREST RIGHT NOW!!!
I said - I would not get into their car because they were in plain clothes.
Andre Ouellette the Executive Assistant to Minister of Public Safety Denis Landry arrived at the scene.
I asked him if he was responsible for this???
Andre and the plain clothes individual all told me to relax.
I said - Ok...get the R.C.M.P. here.
The Cops then told me they were taking me to R.C.M.P. Headquarters.
I said - No!!! STOP TOUCHING ME!!!
They once again told me that I was under arrest.
Andre Madore told me that I should know Rejean Couturier because I have supposedly seen him before.
Rejean Couturier then proceeded to explain to me that he met with me at my house concerning a case ordered by Dan Bussieres < 4 years earlier >

There are so many unanswered questions in this case that I don't know where to begin.
1- The " Officers " accosted me on the street < Corner of King and St John Street near the New Brunswick Legislature.
Seemingly an inappropriate action by people who have no Jurisdiction in Fredericton.
2- This person < now identifies as Andre Madore > told me and Fredericton Police Officers told me that he was the Chief of Police and his partner was the Deputy Chief.
Later he changed his mind saying he was the Deputy Chief and his partner was the Sgt.
3- They arrested me under the Criminal Code 300. This charge seem to be the same information as they had in 2012.
In 2012, they arrested me with the same charge by the same members of the Fredericton Police Force. I was charged under the Criminal Code 301. This seem to be Double Jeopardy.
4- They < Police of Edmundston > said I was under arrest. Tried to arrest me. Did not succeed. The Fredericton Police intervened and took me to the Police Station to straighten the matter out. When they were asked directly by Police Mike Wilson if I was under arrest? They said - No.
5- At 3:03 in the video at the Police Station. Fredericton Police officer Sgt. Bobbi Simmons-Beauchamp's lawyer name was mentioned by Jason Forward < a Fredericton Police Officer >while I was in the lobby at the Fredericton Police Station. Why was Bobbi Simmons's lawyer mentioned?
6- The Officers from the Edmundston Police Force were playing games with my mental Illness < ADHD > by confronting me on the street. Notice in the video before the wrestling match, Deputy Chief Andre Madore was smirking at his partner. He was goading me. Why?
7- Edmundston Police Sgt Rejean Couturier quickly stood behind me at the beginning. Making me VERY uncomfortable.
8- Did the Edmundston Police officers have jurisdiction to arrest a citizen in the City of Fredericton? Did someone direct them to arrest me on the street?
9- I requested on MANY occasions for a uniform officer. Do they have the right to ignore the wishes of a citizen who demands that an uniform officer be present?
10 - Fredericton Police Sgt in charge Dwight Doyle was not aware of their presence or their intentions. Should the Fredericton Police Force have been inform of the presence of another Police force in their City?
11- They have been working on the case for one year and a half. They told the media two years. The Fredericton Police Force didn't have knowledge of this case? Who did and who pays?
12- I was told by the Deputy Chief of the Edmundston Police " Andre Madore " that they DID NOT read the Bernard Richard Report that was made public on December 6th 2012 after my place was raided by the Fredericton Police Force. I was charge under the criminal code 301. Why would they be investigating without all the evidence? Why ignore the report?
13 - I was never shown a warrant for my arrest. So? Why was I arrested in the first place? The only paper I signed was a paper to make certain I had all my belongings.
Looks like they arrested me just to interrogate me. Is this not a violation of my rights?
14 - I was treated as a Criminal by the Fredericton Police Force. Before going to the hospital. They took my shoes, hat, jacket, belt, wallet. I wasn't in handcuff or shackles.
But this look like an attempt to intimidate me and validate the abduction.
15- In video the Deputy Chief Andre Madore and Sgt Rejean Couturier would allow me to relax then grabbed me AGAIN. This went on and on for close to 9 minutes and 19 seconds.
Unless they are going to arrest an individual. They should not touch them. < watch video >
16- Why didn't the members of the Edmundston Police Force read my Rights to me once they mentioned I was under arrest?
In closing, I want the New Brunswick Police Commission to investigate my complaint. Did the Edmundston Police Force over step their duty in confronting me on the street in Fredericton?
Here's some other closing remarks -
They approached me on the street.
They did not tell me that I was under arrest.
They split up. One in front and the other behind to intimidate me.
They told me they wanted to talk to me. To come in their car.
To go to the Oromocto Police Station. Since I was not under arrest? Why would they do this?
I told them to stay back. They would not.
This would have been abduction if they have succeeded.
They hurt my shoulder.
They would not call uniform officers to the scene.
I find it offensive and frighting. To think that any plain clothes Officer can go to any place and threaten an individual into submission to comply with their wishes. I did not comply and I do not think they had the right to do that.
When I defended myself they switch to " Arrest me " to force me away.
In the end there was no arrest but I have been physically assaulted and emotionally Traumatized!!!
I was approached on the Street.
Edmundston plain clothes Police attempting to arrest me in Fredericton.
Same people trying to take me to a third jurisdiction.
My rights were not read to me not until I was inside the Fredericton Police Station.
Do they not need a warrant to arrest me at all?
The following police forces < Miramichi and Edmundston > to date have been part of this harassment, which appears to be orchestrated by the Fredericton Police Force, and maybe other players.
I wish there to be a thorough investigation of the incidents of harassment by the various police forces in NB. My civil rights have been breached by the continuous harassment based on false charges or other specious reasons.
I wish specifically an investigation of certain individuals who appear to be involved in the pattern of harassment which includes Matt Myers, Frederick l'oiseau, Yves Despres, Bobby Simmons-Beauchamps and others.
The appearance of Edmunston cops with no apparent mandate and being deceptive of their office, the duplicity of whether I was or not under arrest, the strange mention of Bobbi Simmonds's lawyer suggests clearly that this is part of the ongoing systematic harassment.
When I told them it was ridiculous to go to a third jurisdiction interview room. They then snap, said I was under arrest and they gabbed at me repeatedly. Refusing to comply with my request for a uniform police officer.
The grabbed and hurt my shoulder.
I haven't been the same since the attack on the street by the Edmundston Police officers.
I was once again publicly humiliated.
I don't feel safe when I notice a Police Cruiser driving by.
I am very edgy.
I am very insecure.
I was just beginning to trust the Fredericton Police Force.
They were having a change of attitude towards me and me towards them.
This action by the Police is very disappointing. Now they have bought this matter back up to the surface. Is this really necessary?
There has been a pattern of harassment by the police dating back to June 6th, 2011
I am sensitive to the activities of police forces against me due to this harassment.

The Fredericton Police are sending a VERY strong message that if you dare to sue them they will attack you on the streets.
