The police actually committed fraud when they applied, not once but twice, to your ISP for information using falsified information - and the Mayor, his councilors, the NBPC and Chief of Police all ignored the obvious criminal acts. It was not a "poor cut and paste job" as Bernard Richard described the two applications, it was intentional use of fabricated allegations and information, which nobody responsible for the police, law and justice in this province seems to care about. It is an absolute disgrace and the mayor is fully implicated in the wrongdoing.
