While coming home from the Market I noticed these idiots in front of City Hall.
A youth in a store asked me what they were all about???
I left the building and noticed the idiots were going home.
I also noticed in front of me some kind of arm band around this guy's coat.
My camera is like Binoculars....it can Zoom in!!!!
Once I saw what it was...I return to the store and showed the youth...
I answered---Yes it is!!!!!
....didn't have to say anything else and went home with Deogy........
