Now, imagine just for a minute, Charlie, if Roger had been Chief-of-Police in the days when Dapper Dan imposed his reign of terror, he'da told Dan to go ta hell. There would have been no Constable Carmichael shootin' off her mouth, Andy MacDonald and his "fifteen seconds away from serious trouble", or Dan the Quebecois and his "Stay Off The Damn Property" diatribe.
