Dead animal Bones are still at Carleton Park!! Would this happen in the South Side????

Idiot Fredericton Mayor Mike O'Brien and Snobs are ignoring the North Side. Kids are playing with dead animal at Carlton Park!!! I was told by an old couple that this would never happen if the Park was in the South Side. Old wars are still on? Maybe North Side should pay lower taxes then the Side South???
