Excellent commentary Charles. New Brunswick will remain a corrupt and oppressive "state" until we have public and televised courts and everyone is treated the same way. Hearings are only public in the sense they cannot stop people attending. They need to be televised - the lawyers and judges wouldn't get away with corruption then, the Olands of this world would be vilified and judged like everyone else. Maybe if Oland was treated like the First Nation and others things would change.
