It shows the Court of Appeal damned the company's conduct but to what end? A new hearing was ordered but nothing has changed. Not only are people disadvantaged because they are not lawyers, they are also ill. Huge cracks have been designed in the system so people disappear in the big black hole of nothing being done. The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission should be renamed to "Doing nothing for people to keep the money." It's a government job creation scheme, that pays its employees to fight and deny valid claims.
