Happy to hear you're on the case Charles...(Y) This whole situation is a little bizarre. I emailed (Sgt. Alain LeBlanc Media Relations Officer/ Agent d'information Nova Scotia RCMP/GRC Nouvelle-Écosse Office/Bureau: (902) 720-5652 Cell: (902) 222-0154 alain.g.leblanc@rcmp-grc.gc.ca) to see if I could find any news on the story. I was told, "This was a very complex investigation and these cases take time to fully investigate / analyze. I cannot provide you with a time line because I am not sure when it will be completed."...... :/
Good blog. I think one of the problems we have is very poorly trained police, also operating in quiet places. They get scared and shoot before they think. They also know they will be protected, however badly they react and whatever they do. There is no accountability.
your battery die before the police interview? you should get a new camera.
