This is a reminder of the ongoing, slow death of downtown Fredericton. The City taxes and rents are too high, with all the real consumer traffic going to the malls - Cheapmarts. We have lost quite a few established downtown businesses yet again. With the declining population and lack of incentives to bring new businesses this place is done for. Tick tock... then FC will file for bankruptcy, like Detroit, because it is more than $60 million in debt and will soon have to start rebuilding sewers and rain drainage. Well done Mr. Woodside.
