Yesterday, I asked Judge Julian Dickson if he signed the papers on the last day of the 6 months limitation that I be charge with assault???
At first, he said - No!!!
But he quickly changed his mind seconds later after viewing the paper I showed him in Court.
To have a Judge signing those papers without having all the evidence in front of him is VERY scary and this is the reason that I'm fighting this so-called charge./
I asked the Judge - Who was in the room when you signed these papers???
In a arrogant manner he answered - I don't have to tell you!!!!
This is the problem. The Fredericton Police and the people at the Justice Building are working together to charge certain people. < ESPECIALLY THE LESS FORTUNATE WITH MENTAL ISSUES >
This style of China Justice System SHOULD NOT be allowed in Canada!!!!
I didn't do good yesterday because I was confused. This was my 3rd hearing and there was three different Prosecutors and Judges.
They are calling themselves - The New Brunswick Special Prosecutors and I don't get it!!!!
What am I???? Some kind of Drug Lord????
I wanted to read a few concerns for the Court Record but I was distracted by the change of avenues and this was my 3rd different Judge.
Of course, Julian Dickson is the Judge who sent me to Jail for 2 days because I refuse to sign a tricky condition not to travel across the Westmorland Bridge.
He's the same Judge who told Panhandler Mike Gaudet to leave the City by Noon or he would be jailed!!!
The poor panhandler have lived in this City since 1989!!!!
Weeks later, Mike Gaudet was jailed because he came back to the City.
Here in this City they intimidate people with mental illness in the Court room. A cop sits out front and stares at you!!!! I was distracted yesterday and asked the Judge if the Cop could sit behind me because I just haven't been the same since they raided my place and told my internet Provider that I was having Sex with kids????
Here's the proof and I might add that I wasn't suppose to see these papers...
The Judge looked at the Cop and he quickly moved in the back of the room.
I must give credit where it's due. It saved a lot of hassle.
There are WAY TOO many unanswered questions in this case. The so-called idiot victim who approached me in a drunken manner lied in 95% of his statement to the Fredericton Police. They will be proven in Court so I'm not worried about it!!!
But my point is I should have the right to fight these charge before a Trial!!!!
In the disclosure, the Idiot Poet tells the Police that a video I made of a Father and Son Team. He says that the Parents begged me not to film their son and I was exploiting kids between the age of 8-12 for financial Gain!!!!

This is why I asked the Judge is there was any penalties for lying to the Police???
The Judge said - I certainly hope so!!!! It's up to the Judge I guess???
But he never told me there was any penalties because if there wasn't??? I was going to the R.C.M.P. the next day and lay complaints of Drug Dealing, Sexual assault and other charges against 7 members of the Fredericton Police Force.
We have a crooked Cop who accused people of having Sex with Kids and if the accuse fights back? He uses his race and cries racism!!!!
BULLSHIT!!!!
I would lay the complaints and if they are are proven not to be true? So what? Nothing can be done to me!!!
This is EXACTLY what's going on in this case.
As the only witness who saw everything told me - Charles? Why are you talking about this? Why are you concern??? You didn't do anything wrong!!! He came after you and he touched you first!!!!
Yes...I am thankful on two issues. He came after me SCREAMING like a lunatic and he took a swing at me first.
I am so happy that I hit him only once.
Remember the HUGE fist fight with Fredericton biggest Bully Mike Gaudet? We went at it in the middle of the street. It was a battle.
So why am I upset???? Because I CANNOT believe the Judge and this Special Force of Prosecutors are going after me without providing the whole evidence in this case.
I am going to forward a complaint against New Brunswick Provincial Judge Julian Dickson because he's working with someone in the back room and refuse to tell me who told him this one sided story.
You see...they say it's a summary assault therefore you don't have the right to a Lawyer and we don't have to provide you all the disclosures.
My God? The Cop who was in the room threatening the only witness in this case was Fredericton Police Officer Bobbi Simmons-Beauchamp!
Who is she? She's the one who told my Internet Provider that I was a pedophile!!!
As I told the Court....the Cops never made a proper investigation and if this happened to me? What other people is this happening to????
The Judge told me that I SHOULDN'T be concern of other people!!!! I should worry about me!!!
My disclosures hearing is in May and my trail will be in July!!!
I must stay calm. I am VERY angry that the system is not working for the less fortunate. The system is crooked and something MUST BE done with the matter they go after the less fortunate in this City!
I am during the next few months going to confront our politicians on this issue and listen their views.
Maybe the Liberal Government is behind this? Who knows? But I must stay calm but it's so difficult to do when you're Scottish...:(

A blogger with a history of butting heads with the Fredericton Police Force and the courts refused Monday to enter a plea to an assault charge.
Charles Joseph LeBlanc, 55, of 1-145 Westmorland St. faces a charge of assault, alleging an offence against Andrew Spencer.
Monday marked LeBlanc’s third appearance on the charge. The defendant told the court he again wasn’t prepared to enter a plea.
“Because we haven’t got full disclosure,” LeBlanc told the court.
“There’s so many unanswered questions.”
Crown prosecutor Kathryn Gregory, appearing on behalf of prosecutor Sebastien Michaud, who will handle the prosecution, reiterated the Crown’s position that full disclosure had been made.
LeBlanc complained that Michaud, who’s based in Edmundston, again hadn’t appeared in court. He said he’d sent Michaud a letter detailing the further disclosure he was seeking.
Judge Julian Dickson viewed the letter.
LeBlanc also demanded a preliminary hearing, but the judge explained he wasn’t entitled to one, as the charge alleges a summary offence.
Dickson said if the charge were indictable, which is more serious, LeBlanc could opt for a trial at a higher level of court, preceded by a preliminary hearing.
Gregory argued the case needed to move forward and that the time had come for LeBlanc to enter a plea and to set a trial date.
She said if he didn’t, the Criminal Code of Canada authorized the court to enter a not-guilty plea on his behalf.
Dickson agreed.
Earlier in Monday’s court proceedings, he said the case against him was built on lies and that he was “100 per cent not guilty.”
The judge entered a not-guilty plea on LeBlanc’s behalf.
Dickson asked Gregory how long would be needed for trial, to which the prosecutor said a day would suffice.
“I say a week,” LeBlanc said.
Dickson said the court will start with setting it down for a day and determine if further trial time is necessary after that.
The judge also scheduled a hearing on the disclosure issue for May 7.
LeBlanc also wanted to know who would be presiding over the trial, and Dickson said it hasn’t been determined which judge will hear the case.
LeBlanc argued that he needed to be know because he didn’t want Dickson handling the trial.
“I put a complaint against you in the past,” he said.
Dickson noted that complaint was dismissed but told LeBlanc he could file a motion for him to recuse himself.
While the assault charge alleges an incident in Fredericton on July 3, the Miramichi Police Force handled the investigation and laid the charge.
The Fredericton force asked its Miramichi counterpart to handle the case given LeBlanc’s contentious history with Fredericton police officers.
