In an unprecedented move by law enforcement, Social Activist Charles Leblanc was given a court date to enter a plea on and assault charge without receiving a notice to appear. This information was reported by Irving’s Canada East court reporter Don Macpherson, Macpherson writes; Blogger to appear in court on summary assault charge on January 19, 2015.
