Insurrection at City Hall in Fredericton on June 14th???
Well Charles,
As we all know, due of course, to extenuating circumstances, this election night was certainly like no other that we have seen in our lifetime, being a year and some odd weeks late due to the pandemic situation.
In 2016, we all remember well the peaceful transition of power from a very humble Brad Woodside to one Michael O'Brien, as only Brad could do.

And we all know that it didn't take too damn long for "All Hell To Break Loose"!!! And one of his first official acts of true blue democracy, of course, was the demise of the constitutional right for a man to take a long relaxing piddle diddle in Carleton Park.
Oh how sweet the mighty River St. John became for answering the age old call of nature. Then there was the distructions of various Fredericton heritage buildings. And then, of course, we certainly can not overlook the major political shananigans involving, around and within our beloved Officers Square.

The removal of countless perfectly healthy trees, having been there for a hundred and some odd years, far, far longer than Mayor Mike or any of his buddy, buddy counselors were doing their piddle diddles in diapers.

I mean, talk about Nikkita Kruschev decisions coming from none other than The Kremlin.
Now, fast-forward to election night 2021. A new mayor and council is duly elected by the people, for the people. And what do we have?? Not one word of a concession call or personal congratulatory message from, you got it, Mayor Mike hisself!!!
Sounds eeriely familar to one Donald J Trump, doesn't it???
So I believe, for all the world, Charlie, that we will see an insurrection at City Hall?
So, stand by, my friend, as I do fully believe that our new democratically elected mayor and council will, indeed provide a place for the great citizens of this fair city a place to go pee pee in our public parks. GO KATE!!!! WE'RE ROOTIN' FOR YA!!!!!

Riverhaven Red Barn in Fredericton Junction will open on MAY 22th!!!! They had to put a sign at the road telling the public the magic date because close to 10 vehicles per day were going inside the property looking for ice cream....Should be a fun day!!!!
