JOHN AND ISABELLA FELSING WERE MURDERED 49 YEARS AGO TONIGHT AT OROMOCTO FLATS!!!!

I find it strange that the Members of the Fredericton Police Force would order Google to remove this story???? Here's a picture of her Niece. She sent me a couple of email last week. Hi Charles, I am from Regina. My dad Francis Smith (deceased 1988) , Isabella's only sibling moved to Weyburn, Sk during WWII. There was an airforce base there. He met my mom while he was in Weyburn. They married in 1945. Settled in Regina. He died never knowing what happened on that night of Oct 19/65. He always felt that there was fowl play involved. Isabella was only married to Jack Felsing for a few months when she passed away. She was in her 40's when she married Jack. She stayed at home looking after her ailing mom and dad (my grandparents). After they passed away she married Jack. They lived in my grandparents home after they got married at 679 Churchill Row. My grandfather was a Professor of Music at the University I believe. He was also the head organist at Christ Church Cathedral. Anyways my father always had bad feelings toward Jack's sister, Betty Lees. You see, after the autopsy and inquiry it was determined that Isabella died first - probably almost instantly and 1/2 of her face was blown off and she lost an entire breast in the shotgun blast. I think 3 pellets entered Jack's jugular vein and he bled to death probably within 20 minutes. So, because there was no will everything went from my Aunt Isabella to Jack and from there it went from Jack to his sister Betty Lees. The house and all of it's contents went to Jack Felsing's family who my dad never knew. They willingly took everything with no concern for my father. My father grew up in 679 Churchill Row. When he arrived in Frederiction the day after the shooting the Betty and Tom Lee's would not even let him in to his childhood home. He was shocked. He had to get a lawyer--I believe his name was Ross Emerson to get in to his own house. My dad always had suspicion about the Lees as they showed very little remorse. Everyone has their own theories as to why they were shot. It is very interesting indeed! I just wish my father would have found something out before he passed away. Every year around Oct. 19 I have tried to stir up interest by sending in a letter to the Daily Gleaner. I do get a few letters from people who remember this incident. It's nice to know that there are other's out there that haven't forgotten. Dad always felt that the shot was only intended for Isabella - and Jack just happened to be unlucky. Also, Jack's body was turned over my someone. Their black Lab, Heather was with them at the time. Dad said that Heather would not have let anyone near them if he did not know them.. So whoever turned Jack over must have known them. They were eventually found by a cab driver who contacted the police. When the police arrived they had to laso Heather and tie her to a tree before they could get to the bodies. It stated in the Coroner's report that Jack could not have turned himself over - he had to be turned over by someone. They thought maybe Heather could have some how managed to turn him over. But who knows? The RCMP have assured me that this is still an active file and they do work on it. They have told me that they will get back to me and report what is going on. But I never hear from them. The only way it is going to be solved is if that someone comes forward with some information -- and I am sure they are out there. Nice to hear from you. Should be very pretty. The road used to be a connection from Orocmoto to Fredericton. The road was closed in the late 50s. We asked - Do you know anything about the Couple who got shot dead in the year 1965? They replied - Ohhh...they were shot by accident. It was hunting season on October 19th, 1965. We continued our little walk and we bumped into a MacDougall. His Father bought the land years ago. He owns the land and he was cutting some wood for the cold winter months. Their names are located in the back. The couple knew each other for 14 years and were only married for 3 months. Very sad ending!!! Well? This is the end of this sad story. What I found were a series of coincidences pertaining to dates around 1965 when the Felsings were found murdered. Agent Orange was in its infancy and was being sprayed around the same area. This was extremely confidential at the time as the Vietnam War was on and the USA did not want military secrets to be public news. I believe the Felsings discovered cannisters by the waters edge, seeing what they were not supposed to see. My mother talked about this often. Ironic as she died from complications of agent orange exposure (type three pancreatic lesion). Growing up in the area I have seen hunters around the area. I suppose there could have been a shooting accident. That does not explain why the bodies were moved after the discovery. The person who discovered the Felsings went to notify the authorities. It was reported that Mr. felsing was laying with his legs spread open and the family dog was sitting on the pavement between his legs. When the police arrived Mr. Felsing's legs were closed. Why? There has been no person brave enough to come forward with any credible evidence. If it were an accident someone, even a family member or friend of the "shooter" would have come forward. I do not believe this was a random act. 1965 was a different era, people kept their mouths shut about everything. I'm not like that. Province of New Brunswick must launch HUGE review of the Fredericton Police Force!!!!

 

The public have lost faith with this so-called Police Force. 

You wouldn't believe how many strangers are approaching me and saying - Don't give up!!!!

 There are many innocent people in Jail because of these so-called Cops!!! The whole system must be investigated or replace by the R.C.M.P.!!!

The man was prescribed a legal medicine by a doctor and he objected to the unfounded stigma attached to his use of that medicine. He got to the root of the issue by taking his medicine in public while on the job, as he had every right to do... the treatment he received from the RCMP was inhuman and despicable. Is PTSD real or Bullshit???

Charles, What a horrible horrible feeling waking up screaming from a nightmare presented in 3D with tears all ready driping down your chin!!.My god how long did it last.??.I smell, I touch I hear, I feel in 3D.Fast foreward after a extremely intense 3 hour work out.Im back up.Please dont judge my physical appearance Physically I can honestly say im in the best shape of my intire life.I can nail a 1 hour insane cardio with 3 layers of clothing along with a sweat belt and note even take a deep breath.The weights I push is incredible for a man my age.Front delt machine this am 280 lbs for 8 reps final set.Theres 6 machines im maxed out on.Excerise is my release on the devastating disease and if its ever gonna win it will know its been in a fight..Sorry if I offened or scare people by this post but we as a society needs proper education on what PTSD is.Im willing to put a face on it.I wouldnt want this on ky worst enemy. We dont know what the next hour will bring.I pray tonight we have a better night

Charles, RIP Cpl Ronnie Francis.My heart bleeds for the pain you suffered.You was my twin PTSD brother.So many identical symptoms.I hope Ron can finially find peace in the afterworld something he was unable to find on earth.I pray that Rons death wasnt in vain.The front line workers and thats right to management need to be educated on this disease and no one is!!!!.Having mental issues brought on by PTSD the people out there have no idea what horrible things that we deal with...zero!.Is there anyone out there that has forgot 3 complete days in their lives with zero drugs or liquor in ur system and then to wake up in a hospital bed hooked up to machines with your family at the foot of your bed crying??.And to have zero idea how or why ur there!!!..The look I saw on my daughters face that day when I opened my eyes is a look that I will take to the grave with me! People have zero idea about this disease!!... ..... I Lost a friend that day but 2 people was saved with little bit of water and whole alot guts.I remembering comming home that night and grabbing my daughter holding her so tight and crying not wanting to let go.For a couple of tense minutes I didnt really know if I would have that chance to hold her ever again.Didnt even have time to put my gear on.Bare hands and short sleeves!.Would of lost 2 more people if I took time to be concerned about my saftey..Amazing with all the fire and wreckage and loss of life I remembering when it was getting really crazy that my daughters face kept flashing through my mind thinking she doesnt deserve to loose her father today...I guess I passed a test that day that many wouldnt!..Very rough day for me and other PTSD survivors .Many tears have been shed RIP brother!

“The National Energy Board (NEB or Board) is an independent federal agency established in 1959 by the Parliament of Canada to regulate international and interprovincial aspects of the oil, gas and electric utility industries. The purpose of the NEB is to regulate pipelines, energy development and trade in the Canadian public interest. These principles guide NEB staff to carry out and interpret the organization's regulatory responsibilities. The NEB is accountable to Parliament through the Minister of Natural Resources Canada.”

The primary function of the national energy Board is to regulate pipelines and energy and development within the boundaries of Canada. The NEB is required by legislation to have public consultation in matters relating to pipeline and energy development. However, in order for public consultation to take place either individual(s) or interested parties must first apply as an intervener to the NEB and the national energy Board will decide on a case by case application and whether or not the applicant fulfills the criteria set forth in their policy.

At a recent workshop on energy East pipeline, Robin Tress 350.org organizer explains that the criteria that the NEB put in place put in place is too narrow in its scope to who is eligible as an intervener.

You are as foolish as Mikel but that seems to be because you are Mikel - you write jsut like him, caps and all. You say freedom of speech is not protected on this site because the government doesn't own it!!! You seem to be saying only government sites protect freedom of speech, which is garbage. Google do indeed seem to have infringed Charles' right to free speech and stole his intellectual property. They did not only remove the allegedly offensive posts, they removed everything Charles created, including many informative and public interest stories. For other very offensive bloggers Google removes only the complained of posts but they treated Charles differently and stole over 20,000 posts, of which only a very small number were possible offensive. By the way, sorry to disappoint you but I have never been convicted of anything and have witness many people suffer incredibly at the hands of our very corrupt establishment. 10:25 - you really sound like Mikel with a hangover.

The Fredericton Police Constable Jeffrey Smiley Trial!!!

Time for a Public Inquiry!

As an observer of the two day trial of Constable Smiley, I can now only agree with Charles – there must be a public inquiry into the waste of public money spent on inept police and Crown prosecutors. The conduct of the entire Smiley case, from lack-of-investigation and failed prosecution, showed the Fredericton City Police never properly investigated the allegations against Smiley, and the two RCMP officers were just as useless.

Our tax dollars paid for Crown and defence counsel, two judges, court staff, the time and resources of at least ten cops and for Smiley to be on endless unpaid leave, plus cover for his shifts since February 2014.

The bottom line is: the police witnesses confirmed repeatedly that Smiley’s girlfriend had alleged around twenty similar incidents of what might be considered assault, yet they only chose to charge and prosecute one allegation, without proper investigation, and which did not even take place when the couple were in Fredericton City or the Province of New Brunswick. The Information laid against Smiley was a sworn statement that the police had “reasonable and probable grounds” to believe it happened in New Brunswick.

Not one of the ten, or more, police officers involved ever bothered to review all the evidence materials until just one week before the trial, when they finally found out the alleged assault happened in Nova Scotia, where the provincial police and courts have no jurisdiction. If the cops had been diligent, they could have asked the Nova Scotia police to take over the investigation, and lay charge Smiley within the six month time limit for a summary offence.

Instead, the Crown was forced to enter “no evidence” on the grounds of having no jurisdiction at the beginning of the trial, on 1^st October 2014, leaving only the charge of breach of an undertaking. Cst. Smiley’s defence counsel, T.J. Burke, also quite correctly stated that NB Chief Justice Lesley Jackson himself had ruled that a charge of breach of an undertaking requires the charge that led to the breach to be before the court. Once the original charge fails, then so must the alleged breach. Burke also argued that Crown counsel had presented no evidence to prove the guns complied with the Criminal Code of Canada description of a firearm. They must be capable of firing and causing bodily harm. He was quite right.

As for the complaint against Smiley: if only the Chief of Police and her Farce were as interested in ordinary victims. Chief Fitch heard the allegation from her brother-in-law, who heard it from his friend, who heard it from his daughter who lives next to Smiley and his girlfriend. The neighbour and alleged victim were not brought in to give evidence – quite obviously because their testimony would not stand up to scrutiny.

Matt Myers also testified that he and Smiley were not on good terms and had a very hostile interaction. Interestingly, it was Myers who arrested Smiley for breach of the undertaking, only ten hours after it had been signed, when Smiley had actually gone to the police station to voluntarily hand the guns over.

The waste of tax dollars in this matter was huge – and the question must be asked: since the eight police witnesses repeatedly testified that they had been informed of 20 or so separate acts that might constitute domestic violence or assault, have the police and Crown bungled a prosecution that leaves a serial abuser free to carry on?

This “trial” raises more questions than it answers, particularly about the incredible incompetence of the Fredericton City Police, RCMP and Crown Prosecution Services and lack of interest in their defective services by those legislated to provide them – including the City council, Minister for Public Safety and NB Police Commission. As with Charles’ unconstitutional charge under section 301, the police had many ways to resolve the issues with Smiley – including properly investigating. They rushed into charging and prosecuting, as usual, in what now seems more like a personal vendetta against one of their own than genuine criminal charges, prosecution and trial.

At the end of the two day trial, Judge David Walker looked confused and is reserving his decision until 2^nd December. I am sure he was told to find Smiley guilty, and not humiliate the useless police and Crown, but T.J. Burke played a good game. The law is technically on his client’s side and Burke is laughing all the way to the bank.

I am now even more afraid of the FPF than any so-called criminals out there.

The Fredericton City Police used fraudulent, criminal,defamatory and libelous accusations against Charles, to obtain evidence in support of a search warrant to enter his home, seize his equipment and shut down his blogsite to then falsely charge him with an unconstitutional, indictable, criminal offence carrying a five year jail sentence, and you wonder why Charles is angry? You, my son, have the brains of a rocking horse - driftwood - and you just seem incapable of understanding the extent to which the police went to lock him up and shut him down. The Fredericton City Police LIED and COMMITTED FRAUD to criminally charge a member of the public, under false pretenses. This repeated act by them was intentional, conspiratorial, abuse of process, breach of trust and an abuse of office - but you think Charles is the one with the problem. This latest fiasco - shutting down his blogsite (which is theft of intellectual property and the right to free speech), and threatening him to remove evidence of municipal corruption, just confirms their agenda is the same - hiding corruption by the City and FPFarce regardless of the public interest. Mikel, you are a moron. You don't seem to understand that New Brunswick has manipulated the law (including the Rules of Court in civil procedure) and created case law that is diametrically opposed to the constitutional rights of every Canadian. You haven't lived the lack of justice system in New Brunswick, so you should stop pontificating over what you clearly have no real knowledge or understanding of - or the lives it destroys.

Fredericton blogger Charles LeBlanc is suing the City of Fredericton for more than $60,000. He alleges in his statement of claim that the Fredericton Police Force sought retaliation after LeBlanc videotaped a controversial police takedown.

Controversial blogger and anti-poverty activist Charles LeBlanc is suing the City of Fredericton over what he claims is retaliation by the police force for his role in the prosecution of a constable.

LeBlanc filed a notice of action and statement of claim in the Court of Queen’s Bench in January, seeking damages in excess of $60,000.

He claims members of the Fredericton Police Force turned their attention to him after he recorded three officers using force to effect an arrest in the city’s downtown bar district in July 2009.

That video and other information led to the prosecution of Const. Stephen Stafford for assault, a charge of which he was acquitted in June 2011.

“The plaintiff contends that the Fredericton Police Force began to target him after the trial was concluded because of his incriminating video and corroborating testimony,” LeBlanc’s statement of claim says.
