Fredericton is not the place to live if you have Mental issues!!!!

I believe people with Mental issues < this includes EVERYBODY > shouldn't be in Fredericton...Garbage all over the place...it is so depressing.....Not a happy place at all....I wonder what happened???? Who the hell would invite someone to this City???
