This animal deserves to be in Jail because the took the life of an innocent girl for absolutely nothing. He did not show any signs of Autism or anything along those lines until he is was in trouble, sounds like looking for a way out to me. Before you are running your mouth about who should be in jail and why, maybe you should take off that Donalds Trump shirt, learn your facts and give your head a shake. People with autism know the difference between wrong and right. This was an act of pure evil.
