Someone jumped the Westmorland Bridge last night.....

,br/> I think someone jumped the bridge last night I drove by and they were shining lights down to the water and emergency vehicles were coming You probably heard but this was incredibly eerie to be around and I think we have a really problem with mental illness here... so so sad
