You're goddamn damn right they are! Saw a few new cops show up at end of August flexing hard and for the last week and a half Fredericton Police have been horning in on the downtown area. Be warned, it's not a good time to go biking without a helmet... Right now, they're hellbent to hand out their silly tickets, make their presence known now the students are back, and feel super important after a boring summer... Jesus, we really need the RCMP in this town!

I totally agree 23:24 ya can't fix STUPID :GO FRED GO Clean this shit up. Has nothing to do with what is going on, This has been a eye sore all summer its time to taka action all in the right way find this gentleman a place to stay besides the sidewalk.
