Interesting,I counter, and say that it will be a normal flood season. The only thing that could change the outcome from normal to abnormal is if we were to get torrential rains for a week. Yes downtown will get some flooding. But you refer to the "Big one" I assume that your are comparing it to the 2008 flood or the 1973 flood.
