    Likely the same sources who told you the Cops were pushing steroids; which also wasn't true.

    Will we flood; perhaps, will we flood light 2008? Unlikely because A) There's no snow in the north, and B) The ground is not frozen

    Do your research; but that would be too much for someone like you
