Charles, you have to ask for a police investigation. I can't believe the City of Fredericton is still trying to shut down this blogger. Have they no shame? And how much more $$$$ are the taxpayers on the hook for? And how can the police say they are arresting you when they end up not charging?

In new Brunswick I would fear for my life with any cop I come in contact with, none of them can be trusted .I fear for my life every time I see a RCMP or any other police.

I hope your feeling better after the ruff up by the Edmundston police......there should be a layer in your area to help you for free as this is clearly a civil matter and doesn't warrant the misuse of authority by the Fredericton police. Ordering officers from a neighboring municipality to physically force you to go with them was assault.
Its funny I tend to believe he was not arrested, but more so that he resisted arrest...And I am not a cop. The cops identified themselves clearly and advised he was under arrest. Charles then resisted arrest and walked away. This is called Resisting Arrest. City Police Officers are sworn province wide and can enforce their duties anywhere in the province of NB.
This looks like a lot of corruption in Fredericton. First suspect is leach or whatever her name is. If she is involved why does the city require an investigation to get her fired. heard she is the worst P.C. if not her was it the mob? Someone should be fired.
Charles I think you should begin your preparations as I don't think a white knight will be available this time since the charge is under a different section than last time. Looks like they have done their homework. I noticed you commented on the case of R. Steepe and his charges who foolishly made a plea bargan. money was no doubt an issue. The crazy thing about this is that he had to provide a DNA sample for the national offenders registry. This is some scary a$$ stuff...
Listen....this doesn't bother me one bit.....the cops came after me first and I fought back...the Bernard Richard Report never went back 10 year of battle...let the Court decide.....but my concern is this...the media are ignoring this issue and this scares me a little < Scottish >

It doesn't matter this time...the Province will HAVE to fund me a lawyer because I will be in Jail for 5 years....they are working together against me...no question about it!!! I can see them arrest me and hauled me in court.....asking the Judge to remand me in custody pending my trial or no access to the Internet........New Brunswick is like North Korea......:(
We need an investigation into the Fredericton Police Force and its Chief when they go hiring people from other cities to come to Fredericton to lay in wait and then grab people off our streets.Mayor Mike O'Brien needs to have better control over how the city tax dollars are being spent, it seems they have and still are spending a lot of money to jail one person AKA Charles
You did the right thing Charles by not going with those thugs!! You didn't over react either. Others in Fredericton have ended up dead and found out of the side of the road. Still to this day no one know who murdered a close friend of mine. Stay safe Charles and I pray you get the answers you need and they leave u there heck alone .
