What a bizarre way to operate a park! What will elderly or ill people do if they are outside and wish to sit because of ill health or other reasons for sitting???!!!!! It is just plain rude and insulting to do this to the public. If you don't want people to be homeless than stop interrogating,interviewing them or performing mental health questioning on them to seize personal private intimate knowledge that should be kept private! Then give them sufficient financial support instead of collecting their personal information just to cause conflict between them and someone else!!!!
